the blog-network

building in Tampa

I feel like I've been giving more time to facebook and less time to keeping up my digital sketchbook - as it is. Here are some pictures from some recent adventures.

So NCECA seems long ago and here at Marlboro College we have begun the round of senior shows and back-to-back kiln firings. While at NCECA, I finally got to sit face to face with a longtime virtual friend - Ben Carter (check out his great blog on his adventure in the China and elsewhere here) and we recently talked about blogging strategies. While just waiting for pictures to upload, I enjoyed reading his blog in German over google translator. Now I can finally expand my German ceramic vocabulary!

Bench in Santa Fe coffeeshop - sideways and head on

(can't you just see that in slip on a pot?)
